Privacy Notice

This is a personal, non-commercial technical site. Except for the Message Board, which requires signing up and logging in, every other page is static and collects no information. Below is the complete list of data involved in the Message Board and site statistics.

1. What we collect

• Sign-up and account: username, nickname, password (only the argon2id hash is stored, never the plaintext), registration time. The email field is currently empty and not enabled.
• Login and security: login time, client IP, browser User-Agent; the number of failed logins and the source IP (used for brute-force lockout).
• Content you post: public messages (threads and replies), private messages to the site owner, plus posting time and source IP.
• Passwordless-login devices (optional): a random device token, the device name, and the expiry time.
• Access statistics: the IP, request path, status code, Referer, and User-Agent of every visitor — used to understand what the traffic is made of and to block scanners.

2. What it's for

• Provide account login, message posting, and private messaging;
• Anti-spam and security: rate limiting, brute-force protection, and spotting scanners and anomalous requests;
• See whether anyone actually reads the site (aggregate statistics).

Not used for advertising, not used to profile users, not used for any commercial purpose.

3. How long we keep it

• Login sessions: 30 days (or until you log out); passwordless device tokens: 90 days (revocable at any time);
• Access logs and statistics: automatically deleted after 180 days;
• Account and message content: kept until you delete it or close your account; after account closure, messages are kept in anonymized form (no longer linked to the account).

4. Do we share it with anyone

• We do not sell, share, or publish personal information to any third party.
• The server is hosted on Alibaba Cloud (mainland China); if the law requires us to cooperate, we will provide the data as required.
• Private messages are pushed to the site owner through a Feishu bot (so replies are timely), which means the content is transmitted through Feishu's service.
• This site has no third-party analytics scripts, no ad networks, and loads no off-site tracking resources.

5. Cookies

Only essential login cookies (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax) are used, to keep you logged in; no tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

• Access and correction: after logging in, change your nickname, password, and avatar yourself on the "Profile" page;
• Deletion: you can delete your own posts; to close your account or request data deletion, contact the site owner using the details below;
• Refusal: if you don't use the Message Board, none of the data above is generated.
